Learning Outcomes for the Learner: Students will be able to:

• Read and demonstrate an understanding of literary and Informational text
• Demonstrate understanding of a text by retelling the story or restating information from the text, including the main idea
• Express personal thoughts and feelings about what has been read
• Use stated and implied information and ideas in texts, initially with support and direction, to make simple inferences and reasonable predictions about them

In addition,

• They would also learn to sequence the days of the week,  structure their sentences and carry out  some art work.
• Children will experience ‘Read Aloud’ Sessions.
• Since all our modules have an integrated approach to learning, the learners will learn much more than just this.
