• Use ten frame to solve addition problems
• Use grouping to solve problems
• Create addition and subtraction stories from representative pictures
• Think of situations and verbally design addition and subtraction stories and use counters as a support
• Solve day-to-day addition, subtraction and mixed problems
• Count in 2’s, 3’s, 5’s, and 10’s
• Respond orally to comprehension questions related to story problems

In addition,

• They would also learn to predict what happens next in a story, analyse characters and their behaviours from a story, also identify rhyming words from a text and state similar rhyming words and be exposed to storytelling. Learners will be able to connect animals to their habitats, revise seasons. Since all our modules have integrated approach to learning, the learners will learn much more than just this.
